Fadeplex Directions and Warnings

Directions:

Clean tattooed area, use an exfoliating pad to remove the dead skin over the tattoo (Make sure that your skin is completely dry before applying the serum).  Apply a small amount of serum to the finger tips and massage gently onto the tattoo.

Apply twice a day for maximum effectiveness. Apply a sunscreen of SPF 30+ to the treated area if exposed to sunlight.

Warnings:

• For external use only
• If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
• Do not use on cracked, irritated, inflamed or injured skin.
• Do not apply to sensitive skin areas, such as face, front of neck or genital areas.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Some customers may experience a mild skin irritation. If skin irritation becomes severe, stop using and consult a doctor.
• If pregnant or nursing, seek the advice of a health professional before using.
• Do not use on children unless directed by a doctor.
